KOAA News Covers UCHealth Mobile Clinic Visit to Sunny Vista

January 7, 2021

KOAA News and Bill Folsom report on the UCHealth Mobile Clinic that delivered the COVID-19 Vaccine to Sunny Vista on Wednesday. The clinic has a plan to get the vaccine to people who may not be able to get to a health provider at their permanent locations. This is their first of what they are calling their Mobile Vaccination Clinic.

” I’m so excited, I haven’t stopped talking since I heard about it yesterday,” said resident Rosalie Lane.

UCHealth is also starting vaccine for people over 70 at some of its non-mobile locations. This happens as the vaccine supplies are available. People are required to sign up on-line through My Health Connection. Those joining the on-line list get an electronic notification when they meet the criteria and a dose is available.
