About Our Skilled Nursing Neighborhood
Wellness and Social Programs
Inspired by our mission, we strive to make each day meaningful by offering personalized experiences that empower residents to live well. Our Rhythms Life Enrichment philosophy celebrates each individual’s unique story, qualities, and interests. Grounded in the five pillars of well-being: social, intellectual, physical, purposeful, and spiritual, we partner with resident to create activities, classes, and events that honor their autonomy, encourage choice, and support a fulfilling lifestyle.

Testimonials
Sunny Vista has been a blessing to my mother and to me in so many ways! The nurses and CNAs are committed to providing the best care possible (and they do!). In addition to these exceptional team members who interact with my mother on a daily basis, she is also taken care of by an entire "care team." I meet quarterly with the following departments: Nursing, Social Services, Life Enrichment, Rehab/Physical Therapy, and Dining Services, where we cover "anything and everything" as it relates to her care and her experiences there. These meetings have been extremely valuable and worthwhile.
